Dates to Remember

• Reapplication Due Date: CJA Panel Attorneys are required to reapply for membership every three years. Applications are due by the second Monday in April. For reapplication, please fill out the following application and email it to the CJA Attorney Advisory.
• CLE Report Due Date: CJA Panel Attorneys are required to obtain 5 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in federal criminal practice by July 1^st. Please report those hours through eVoucher.

Instructions on Submitting CLE Hours through eVoucher

CJA Panel Attorneys are required to submit their annual 5 CLE hours in federal criminal practice through eVoucher. To submit, do the following:

1. Once logged in to eVoucher, hover over the Help tab at the top and click Court Profile.
2. Under Court Profile, you will see “Continuing Legal Education.” Click view.
3. Click the “Add” button.
4. Input your information and click the “Save” button.
5. You will be given an option to upload any supporting documents, then hit the “Save” button again.
6. Your new hours should now be showing. If they are not, please contact the CJA Attorney Advisor or CJA Technician.

CJA Forms

The following form is required to be submitted with your CJA-20 voucher if your case exceeds the statutory maximum. Please fill out the form and upload it under the Documents tab on your CJA-20 voucher.
